Introduction to Summer Social Practice
The summer social practice of College of Life Science was organized in 2010, which is an important part of the college's practicum series of educational activities. The project encourages students to improve their ability to find and solve problems through practice and encourages students to pay attention to society, understand society, and serve society.
The college sets up practice teams every summer. Led by faculty, they go to Sanjiangyuan of Qinghai, Wanglang of Sichuan, Pengshui of Chongqing, Weifang of Shandong, Luoyang of Henan, Shanghai, Qidong of Jiangsu, and other places to carry out a week-long practicum with the theme of ecological protection, education in rural areas, modern agriculture, traditional culture, and industrial development. Up to now, the college has sent more than 160 teams, with more than 1500 faculty and students participating, covering many provinces and cities in China.
