康宁公司招聘项目经理

      康宁公司(www.corning.com) 是特殊玻璃和陶瓷材料的全球领导厂商，世界五百强公司之一。现在康宁公司北京分公司招聘项目经理，要求是生命科学学院博士或者是博士后，专业水平高，有很强的组织能力、沟通能力、英文交流能力和团队意识。今年是临时,明年初即可转成正式员工。主要负责项目的筹划、组织以及后期整个项目的管理、运作。

工作的性质和要求如下
1. Purpose of Position

• Be responsible for searching research opportunities and managing collaborative research program(s).

2. Major Responsibilities

• Follow up the researches of Corning sponsored graduate students
• Identify top tier research biotechnology programs in China
• Communicate with the identified research groups and evaluate the research programs
• Write reports and project proposal/li>
• Work with the group(s) which has collaboration with Corning and manage the collaborative programs

3. Required Skills and Education

• Ph.D.
• Life science and biotechnology (background in drug screening and stem cell research is preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Team player working with a diversified global team
• Project management skills
• Fast learning
• Self-motivated
