      信号转导贯串细胞生命进程,是个体发育和代谢的共同基础。信号的种类多种多样,不仅有以形态发生素为代表的发育信号,还有氨基酸、糖类、脂类和温度、压力等物质和能量信号。信号转导异常精密和准确,信号的产生、识别和解读过程中任何细节的微小误差或失衡都可能会造成发育异常或代谢紊乱。我们围绕“发育与代谢信号的调控机制”这一前沿科学问题,以果蝇和小鼠为研究模型,结合果蝇与哺乳动物细胞培养体系,综合经典遗传筛选分析方法、细胞生化手段和先进成像技术,从多角度和多层次探讨发育与代谢信号的调控机理,为发育和脂代谢相关疾病的治疗提供理论基础。
