Research Interests
Our lab is mainly focus on the functions of proteins related to human diseases such as inflammation and tumor. We take molecular, biochemical, structural and cellular approaches to investigate the biological roles of these proteins in regulation of DNA damage response, genomic integrity, drug resistance, tumor metabolism and environment, to understand the underlying molecular mechanisms and the correlation between protein dysfunction and tumorigenesis.

Laboratory Introduction
Our lab is mainly focus on the functions of proteins related to human diseases such as inflammation and tumor. We take molecular, biochemical, structural and cellular approaches to investigate the biological roles of these proteins in regulation of DNA damage response, genomic integrity, drug resistance, tumor metabolism and environment, to understand the underlying molecular mechanisms and the correlation between protein dysfunction and tumorigenesis.
